In-person sessions are offered at Unit 9 – 227 Main St., Steinbach, MB R5G 1Y7. Clients may also book in-person or video sessions through the online scheduling tool here.
Session fees are $120 per 50-minute session.
All sessions must be cancelled with more than 24 hours notice or they are subject to a $100 fee.
All session fees are due at the beginning of each session unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by eTransfer, cash, or cheque.
Clients 17 years of age and older do not require parental consent to participate in mental health services/supports. It can be helpful for parents to be aware of counselling services provided as assistance with payment for services and accessing parental extended health benefits may be helpful.
Confidentiality is reserved for the client (in this case, the child). However, parents may be informed of session content that their child has given permission to be shared. There may be times when confidentially will be set aside if required for the safety of a minor or in an ongoing abuse situation. These issues will be addressed directly with the child’s knowledge and managed according to legal requirements. See the Informed Consent form for details.
The Informed Consent form provides a consent section that must be completed by both parents of a child (16 years old or younger) before counselling may begin.

Consent may be rescinded at anytime for children under the age of 16. It is strongly encouraged to do this in a planned manner for careful therapeutic termination and in the best interest of the child.
At the end of each week, receipts for counselling sessions will be emailed to you. These may then be submitted by the client to their insurance plan for reimbursement.
